International arrivals

From Heathrow: the best way to reach Southampton is by taking a National Express coach. For timetables, please visit the National Express website. The bus stops can be found here. Journeys are about two hours.

From Gatwick: take a train from the South Terminal. Trains to Southampton are operated by Southern. Direct services are available during weekdays and leave Gatwick at 9 and 39 past the hour. It is recommended to buy a return ticket as the price is much more convenient than in the case of two one-way tickets. Journeys can take about hours.

The popular Southampton International Airport directly links Southampton to several of the most important destinations in Europe.
